Actually, it only kept me busy for just under 2 hours, an hour to lay everything out and take pix, and about 45 minutes to put everything back. But, I did a pre-sort of everything into several bins, so that the assembly will go smoother. I still have to paint some of the little parts, overhaul the carbs, flush the engine and so on. What i'm really waiting on is the mounting bolts for the engine and swingarm, without them, I can't start building the bike!

The last one I built (last month) took me 60 hours over 7 days from a wrecked bike and a stack of parts to this:
