James Bond Has Passed Away

I just heard that Sean Connery has passed away at age 90.
For me, he will be the only James Bond. The others were OK, but Connery set the benchmark for James Bond.

I think I have watched most of the Jame Bond movies as they always entertaining, sad to hear that he passed away as he was James Bond.

He was great as Bond but I think Daniel Craig has also done an excellent job in the new era.

At the time I thought Roger Moore would make a good Bond in reality the 'campy' approach spoilt those movies for me. The original Connery movies have stood the test of time and are still a good watch imho.

Connery was good in other movies as well, especially The Hunt For Red October. I spent many years hunting Soviet subs, so I'm probably biased though.

RIP, Sir Sean Connery. He was a great actor and loved his portrayal as 007.
Hollywood lost an icon for sure.

I agree, Rocky. But he was a great actor in other movies as well. Especially the Hunt for Red October. He will definitely be missed. Thank you, Sean.

Sean Connery also did one western, which I thought was pretty good: "Shalako".

I have a VHS tape of Sean Connery in a Disney film, "Darby O'Gill and the Little People".

I realy enjoyed him as Robin Hood it was quite a gritty version but he did many many good films including Highlander , wear he was a Scottish spaniard teaching a french scotsman
