It is certainly faster for me.
For me as well but then that does not mean much with the way my ADSL is playing up lately 
I'd say it's a bit faster....yes!

I've never really had much of a problem with the speed of the forum, but it does open up pretty fast now so I voted "a bit faster."

It was S-L-O-W. 
I don't seem to be getting the timeouts that I used to.

I think it is MUCH faster now than even when you first opened the new forum.
Yes we did a bit more tweaking that should have helped
Your tweaking really helped. It is fast - one of the faster forums to which I belong.
There is actually something else I need to look at that may even speed it up more if I can only remember where I read about it
