If u look left of bolt in between cycls, there must have been a breech. Head has slight melting, gasket looked good, how much can stock head be milled? Put on machinist stone and can get .003 in between cylinders on head. Think head bolts got used too many times on rebuilds?

It's hard to get a good "read" on actual condition without a thorough scrubbing and crisp focus, sorry.

At first glance, it's not too bad; the actual flame ring surface doesn't look to be disturbed.
