Ken Weinstein and the crew at Woodstock Triumph were looking to put together a Scrambler for the Iron Moto Challenge. After a thorough investigation into the options available in the British Customs catalog, the Woodstock Triumph team opted for a “Cassidy“ package to compliment the custom work they were planning. According to Ken, “I wanted to create an edgy gentlemen’s custom scrambler that would be at home exploring deeper off the beaten path. It had to be a clean, functional custom that would clean up nicely after a day of riding.”
The Woodstock crew had some more practical concerns as well. Ken went on to tell us “Comfort was paramount as the rugged Hidenau Scout 60 tires were sure to enable further exploration in deeper sand and dirt, that’s why we raised the front fender so high.” What you get is a tough, trail-ready Scrambler that is up for anything. “The great handling Modern Triumph Motorcycles offer a unique canvas for designing and building a custom bike. Once you have a clear idea of what you expect it to look like and function like in the real world, the rest is relatively easy with the vast selection of parts available from British Customs.”
In a little under 5 hours of hard work, Ken and the Woodstock Triumph team put together the “Woodstock Triumph Custom Scrambler.”
