Well it looks like Avion has brought some good weather with him to the TT, today's (saturday) racing has been cancelled!
All practice week it has been glorious sunshine and Cameron Donald set a new lap record of 131.45mph! :oh: Unfortunaltely his TT is over as he crashed yesterday at Keppel Gate, dislocating his shoulder and chipping a vertabrae.
I sail to the Island on thursday for the Senior TT on friday, if it's not cancelled! I hope the weather improves, its pouring down here in England.

Don't the Brittish always carry an umbrella??? :ya2:

We do , but it tends to blow inside out when they reach about 80 mph.

WILLIAM DUNLOP has been branded as one of the luckiest riders alive after crashing his 250 racebike yesterday at 120mph whilst wearing nothing more than jeans, t-shirt and helmet.

The son of Robert and nephew of Joey crashed the bike into a stone wall whilst testing something on the bike on the south of the Island near Port Erin.

He is reported to be battered and bruised but has miraculously escaped the crash without any broken bones.

I don,t know about luckiest , I class him as one of the stupidest riders alive, his father and Uncle both died racing, he has access to the best protective gear available and he tests his bike in tee shirt and jeans :y22:

sorry about the weather. It turned okay from then on though. However I seem to have brought the sunshine back home with me too. lol

i didn't hear about william over there, but michael put in a good show eh?
