I'm a 71 year old. For 20 years I rode a Honda ST1300, which I LOVED, but an annoying left hip had me looking for a new ride that didn't weigh the 800 lbs of the ST. I'm short-legged and most sport/touring or adventure bikes have seat heights from 31-33 inches, which leaves me like a ballerina en pointe. The Tiger 900 GT LRH was the only from-the-factory bike in this class that fit me, and it weighs less than 500 pounds. Perfect for me. Within a week after buying it, I crashed my 150cc TaoTao, broke my collarbone and five ribs, and am just now beginning to play with my new big ride.
