I have been gone a week or so. I first to flew to Orlando for two VA appointments, an eye appointment and my annual physical. I was supposed to have an appointment with the urologist, but the Urology Department was in the midst of moving to the brand new VA hospital. I passed the physical. The doc said I was in great shape for a 96 year old.

While I was gone, SWMBO bought a 2006 Honda Big Ruckus. She had one when we married but she sold it and has regretted selling it ever since. Now the scooter was in Wisconsin, a quarter of the way across the continent from Milton, Ontario. She had rented a U-Haul trailer to bring it back to Milton.
I landed in Buffalo, NY on Saturday, she picked me up, we traveled two hours back to Milton and I hooked the trailer up. We left early Sunday morning for Wisconsin and returned on Wednesday, my birthday. She and I rode most of the day yesterday - she on the Big Ruckus and me on the Tiger. She can run 65 mph/100 kph comfortably. This is all we can legally do in Ontario anyway.
Anyway, I am glad to be back to my home away from home.
