1. copy the URL (web address) of your photo.

2. Click on the "Insert Image' button

3 Paste the the URL in the space between the brackets (

Join an image storing site like photobucket and download your pictures to your account. Once you've done this, you'll see four boxes beneath your pics. Copy the IMG box and paste it into the thread where you want it to appear and viola, you're pic should appear!
