Anyone know of a resource that shows MPG specs on many bikes of all brands? i'm considering a second bike as a commuter with gas mileage in mind, but manufacturers never seem to list that spec.

EDIT: Nevermind....found one. Dave, if you wanna delete this post go ahead.

Unfortunately there aren't may bikes that get much more than mine w/o going to a much smaller one. The one i was considering actually turned out to be one of the best MPG bikes for it's size, so it's a possibility. The honda shadow spirit. Then again i searched on it and some cited figures considerably lower, so i dunno. Then again this guide nailed mine withing 1 MPG of what i average. But i'd need around 10 MPG more than mine gets before i consider it. I always thought mine was bad for a bike it's size, but it looks like no bikes other than small ones get much better mileage. Bikes just don't do as well overall as i'd have thought. I mean, mine gets only 3 MPG more than my former car, a civic got. And while it gets 13 more than my current accord, i just don't find that the be all that much considering the weight and power difference. Oh well. Maybe i'll look at a shadow after i get the Tbird, if i do that is. Been thinking about getting used to riding to work most of the year round aside from very cold or wet days. I'll almost HAVE to if gas gets way up again permanently.

I saw a showroom sign on a Ducati 695 (I think thats the model), that said 50 mpg. Price was not bad either. I think it was around 7K, but I am not sure.
