This scam was well publicized here.
Same thing happened in Nova Scotia involving transportation containers being used for storage . The gentleman thought he was buying a unit from a lady in the Bridgewater area who has a legitimate business . He sent his 4 grand off into space via the internet and got no container . Apparently he reached the seller by phone , asked for a refund and was told that the money had already been spent so too bad .
