It wasn't all that long ago that I was complaining about -20C (-4F) temps. Yesterday it was a scorching 30C (86F).
My buddy and I rolled out the T100"s and went for an inland ride away from the cooler coast. That was a bit of a mistake, but at least there was no humidity.
30C for us is a very hot early August day and almost unheard of in mid May. Today it's back to a more normal 18C (65F) and I'm off to my cottage on the lake for some R & R.
It also wasn't all that long ago we were walking on that lake on 24" (61 cm) of solid ice :ya2:

We are in the same mode right now Rocky about the same temps as you up and down. We have had exceptionally strange weather this time around. Have a good time down by the lake :y18:

Rocky, it was warmer ther than it was here. Today is the first day since last Saturday we have hit the 80's. It was 83 today. The torrential rains we are getting has kept the temps in the mid 70's - buy you can cut the humidity with a knife!

My wife and I spent a nice day at the cottage with just enough breeze to keep the bugs away. It cooled off late in the day so we decided to not stay overnight.
Would you believe that it's 5C (41F) this morning :y26:
Talk about yo-yo weather!!
I was going to ride to our weekly breakfast meeting this morning, but may change my mind.

Ahhh Rocky!! I feel so sorry for you having to go to the cottage by the lake. That just sounds like torture. :y25: :y25: :y24: :y24: :y24:

Well Simmer, sometimes you just have to grin and bear it and suffer through it all :y23: :y34:
Yes, relaxing on the deck in the shade with your feet up and a cold drink in your hand is pretty hard to take. But I'm strong, I can take it and bear the pain of it all :y32: :y34:
