Any idea if I can take this horn apart enough to rotate the bracket 180 degrees?

Thoughts?

I would think you could. It looks, to me, like an affixed bolt with a nut, and 1 or 2 phillips-head screws. Separate those, and I think it will almost fall apart in your hand. For safety, in advance, find a source for a replacement, before attempting.

Personally, I would look at these 3 horns from Newbonneville.com and then choose the 110dB or 113dB horn for good price, ease of installation and overall improvement in being heard.

Well got the bracket turned, but I’m about a 1/2” minimum from being able to attach the wires. They are really small low voltage from the looks of them. Any idea if some type of short extension might work? Maybe could make a male female extension…

An angled connector off the horn might work.

I hope you find something. If it were my project, I would probably splice in 2-3 inches of wire, or replace connectors with same type of connectors with reasonable "tails".
I’m going to look into something like that. Going to see if I can find some 12v type low voltage wire. I can definitely heat shrink a sheathe over whatever the extended length is.

I would use the same kind of connectors to extend the existing wires Using short piece of same size wires and simply plug the short pieces of wires in to the existing connector's it would also be easily reversed if ever needed . Not jointing always a good idea
I’m going to try that. It’s the simplest for now.
