Hope that you are all well and that you have been enjoying all the riding! Sorry that i have been in hiding for a while, been so busy with trying to start my own business and working in the eveningsand training 6 days a week and that, I have not had much time to do anything really!!! So thought that I would drop in and find out how you are all doing...

Well frikken freezing is when i wake up and my car "Buck" says that its 0 degree's outstide and had a little ice flake next to it.... hehehehehehe... But Rocky, I think that you would win on the Frikken Freezing if it were a contest :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink:

So is everyone enjoying the Soccer World Cup..... for someone who does not watch soccer i have to admit that i am loving it

España va a ganar la copa mundial translation for those who dont speak spanish, it says Spain is going to win the soccer world cup!!!!!!
