I’m a 73 year old biker I bought my first bike in 1966 which was a 1949 BSA C11 which I paid £3 10 shillings for (£3-50) todays money.
I’ve owned lots of different bikes in my time, BSAs, Royal Enfield, AJS, Honda’s, Sunbeam S7 lovely bike, Kawasaki, Harley twin cam, Triumph Rocket 3 Tourer and now my pair of Triumphs a 1976 Triumph Bonneville T140V which I’ve had converted to electric start and a 2002 Triumph Thunderbird 900.

Hi all have ridden British motorcycles since 1972 and have managed to keep them. Currently riding a 2002 Thunderbird and doing a full motor rebuild on my 1971 Bonneville will leave tank and frame as is frame was painted by Vic Bognor in the early seventies and paint only requires a bit of a touch up to look OK. Looking forward to being able to glean and pass on knowledge.
