Heated Grips

Just wondering if anyone here has had the Triumph heated grips added to their Tiger. I do a lot of riding in 'unfortunate' weather and think they might be pretty nice to have. Not sure if I would be further ahead getting an aftermarket pair or going with the factory ones. Any input?

Thanks, they aren't actually that much more expensive than the factory ones.....I think those would run me around $100. I'll probably end up going aftermarket.....for the money you end up usually getting a better product.

I actually prefer heated gloves. They keep my hands warmer that heated grips. Plus I ride multiple bikes.

Hi there...

I have had the Triumph heated grips added to my Tiger but... I was fooled by the dealer. They are nothing special and do not have thermostat. You have only three positions: warm, hot and off.

For the price of them, if you can buy aftermarket ones ... do not hesitate. You'll be much better served and ... shalt less certainty

I have heard similar comments from others. I have never used heated grips.
