Well, guys and gals, here it is the end of another year. I'm sure they're making years shorter these days :ya2:
It's been a great year for me. My health is top notch and I jump out of bed every morning with not an ache or a pain.
I got to tour the Rocky Mountains this year which is something I've been wanting to do for years.
My wife's health is not good, but is stable and her life is fairly normal within her restrictions.
My kids are happy and healthy and doing well in their careers.
Sometimes I find it hard to believe that both of them are past age 45. I feel more like age 45 myself

They don't say as much, but I think they think it's pretty cool that their old dad rides bikes and is so active. Well, if they don't think so, I do :ya2: :wink:
