This can be used from left to right to dissemble something then in reverse to put something back together. Will help in not having to think, and its made of scrap stuff.

Good idea. I do something similar when I tear down an engine or part of an engine.
Most of us are hobbyists and don't do this for a living to keep everything fresh in our minds so we need a "system" to fit parts back in the right order.
Whatever works for you, use it.

That is a great idea as you normally end up with those few spare parts that you have no idea where they go
