Cheers to everyone from Argentina. I'm Charlie and I live 700 km SW from the capital of Argentina (Buenos Aires) in a city with 400k inhabitants in front of the atlantic ocean shore with one of the most importants ports of the country (Bahia Blanca city). I work with electronics, computers and software (either sell, consulting, research and/or development).
My knowledge about engines, motorcycles and all that stuff is average, however I read a lot and whenever I can I do some stuff on the motorcycle. I'm registered in other forums as caferacer.net, kzrider, z650.proboard, gsresources, dotheton (boom!), advrider and kawaclub from Argentina.
Owned two bikes before the Thruxton, a 1979 Suzuki GS425EN and a 1981 Kawasaki KZ650SR (D4). The primary use of the bike is for travelling with other friends on weekends or during holidays, never used the bike for commuting.
Cheers, Charlie.
Arrived at home two weeks ago, 867 km in 2 days, from Buenos Aires to my city with a stop on a Antique and Classic Motorcycle Reunion in the middle of the trip.
