I live in Fla. and we get a lot of afternoon
showers , usually around 2:30 to 4:00 pm
Got caught in one of our showers ( down pours )
Well that got me thinking , what's good for rain ?
Eureka ! Rain X for windshields .That stuff works good .
You can actually.. Not use your wipers and it beads water
and rolls right off .
When you first put it on new coat even in a down pour
you can see quite well with no wipers .
So I wiped the entire bike down with it .
Shined chrome rather well & painted parts too :y115:
I'm hoping next time I get caught in shower
The water beads off & takes must of the road
dirt film with it and its easier to clean the
nooks & crannies
We will see next time![That :y28: :y28:](/data/ttsmilies/Large/y28.gif)
Also used it on my goggles .. sure it would work
on face shield too
Been done before on shields I'm sure ,
but wiping down whole bike is a new one
to me any way !
