I have a prep day today, going in for two medical procedures, they are listed as routine. Still, it always makes me nervous. Seems like my whole summer and approaching fall has been one doctor visit after another. Hopefully, I’ll be reporting in after the procedures tomorrow. LoL. Hope y’all stay healthy and in the saddle!

Well Hemorrhoidectomy recovery is a bit uncomfortable. Can’t do much of anything and no position is comfortable. To top it off yesterday while I was still groggy from the operation I get a call from a compounding pharmacy about a prescription. It was like from a pharmacy 150 miles from Houston. I was warned prior to the operation to not make any legal or sign documents for 24 hours. When I received the pharmacy call I was baffled and confused, I finally said I need to contact my doctor before giving any personal information. So my medication was on hold. Turns out it is a topical anti inflammatory pain killer, right now I wish I had it, I got it all straightened out this morning, but delivery is at earliest tomorrow. Boy this is an adventure.

Been there and I can definitely relate.
