Those poor people in Atlanta Georgia must be getting tired of Al Gore's Global Warming! Schools and their airport closed down now for the 3rd day straight and roofs are collapsing from the weight of all that warm white fluffy stuff. :wink:

It globally warmed down to 36 F this morning here.
Just north of Houston were warmed down to 23 this morning.

That is COLD!
It warmed down so much over here during Christmas that my underground water main froze solid, and we had no water for 7 days!

Of course if you say anything about the cold to All Gore or the scientists who agreed they have now come up with any number of reasons why global warming causes global cooling. They'll do anything to save face. what makes me shake my head is just the fact they even profess to be sure of something no one can truly be sure about. the only sure thing is that weather patterns DO and always HAVE changed from day 1, and to attribute it to man is foolish at best. I can see suggesting it's possible, but to assure us it is is a fools game.

That Atlanta storm gave us a pretty good wallop yesterday and overnight, but wasn't as bad as expected.
But up here we have lots of machinery to cope with it. It's just a normal winter storm for us. There have been many that were worse.
