Fuel Pump Removal T120

I stupidly broke my fuel rail and dented my fuel tank while putting on crash bars because I was being too lazy to remove the tank and it slipped off.
I was luckily enough to find a 2nd hand fuel rail but am wondering about how to get the dent out of my tank.
Some of the pointless dent removal people have asked if they can get access via the fuel pump hole.
Does anyone know how to remove the fuel pump? Is there a gasket I will need to replace?

There is a fuel pump seal /gasket which will need replaced as these distort . see BONNEVILLE T120
