@ThomasG Thanks! Google Translate did a good job so this is quite helpful.
I ended up getting the torque spec from the service department of a local Triumph dealership. Shout out to
SoCal Motorcycles for being so helpful.
For future reference, the Triumph part number for the front brake pads that fit the Brembo caliper used on the 2019 Street Twin is
T2026565 and the torque spec for the mounting bolt is
28 Nm. Unless Triumph made some changes, I assume this applies to all 2019+ models. When the dealership looked up the part number for the brake pads using my VIN, it came up with the wrong part. I think that part fits the Nissin caliper that came with earlier models.
The correct pads for my bike are actually a 4 piece set. It's worth noting that you can remove the pads without having to unbolt the caliper from the fork. There are a pair of metal wires that work like a sort of spring that each hold a pin that can be removed simply by pulling when pressing a sort of tab on the spring. Sorry, about the bad description/explanation. Pressing that spring tab takes the tension off the pin so that it can be removed. Once the pin is removed, you also remove the spring, which then allows the pads to be removed. Everything is quite accessible, though I found it easier to remove the pins by reach through the spokes from the right side of the bike because that's the direction in which the pins have to be pulled for removal.
I'll post some pics when I replace the pads - they had to be ordered and should arrive in about a week.
