Well Sunday afternoon we had a freak thunderstorm and in an hour 43 millimetres of rain fell in my area. At the time I could see it was really coming down and had major water flow through my yard. Fortunately my house is on a hill so it just ran off as fast as it fell. The guy behind me got all my water and his own I think :y2:

So today we see that some shop in one of our main shopping complexes got flooded out and could not open. :y13:

The weather is crazy everywhere.
After the huge snow storm on the weekend, today it's 6C (43F) and raining.
All the storm drains are covered in piles of snow so there are massive puddles in low lying areas.
Tonight it will be back to well below freezing.

Wow what a huge change in temps, to good I am sure to be up and down like that
As I've mentioned before, decades ago when winter came it stayed winter and that was it.
Now, it's yo-yo temps all the time and makes for really tough going for commuters and people who have to get around.
The sun is up now (dawn) and I can see that due to the warm temps lifting moisture from all that snow, it's very, very foggy along with the rain.
I have nowhere to go so I'm staying put today.
