I'm not sure how true this is, I counted and it was more like 10 seconds before the page loaded.

Yes, I agree. The time it shows is not the time that it actually displays on your computer. I think it is the time it takes each component of the page to download less the down time and waiting time between components.

Four to seven seconds real time is what I run when all is working well.

Big slow down this morning reading PM's. It took 30 to 45 seconds for a page to load. That spilled over into the forum, also. I finished the PM's and closed out Triumph Talk and came back in. Speed is normal now. In spite of what was said on the other forum, there is a bug with this new version.

I have now disabled pop up on new PM's and it seems to be working better for me :y18:

Most of the time if I click on "Cancel", I do not have a problem. Once in a while It will still slow down anyway.
