Just finished rebuilding this 73 Tiger 750, got it as a project with just empty cases and matching frame. Its taken a while, but just waiting for the V5 to get it on the road.
I was wondering that tooHow do you get it off the table? LOL
Easy ...I was wondering that too![]()
He obviously has friends...How do you get it off the table? LOL
Like the man said, I have friends. Well I did.....then I asked them to help get the bike off the table. How do you get it off the table? LOL
My bike needs a brick at home. Learnt to love the angle it leans; means I can nicely park parallel to kerb despite huge cambers in the Victorian roads. And feels safer parking at an angle to kerb, not easily knocked over by a myopic car driver.View attachment 55582
Got her going, after a bump. The side stand lug must have got bent at some point, it leans a long way over on the side stand. I think the blue tank really sets off the chrome. She'll need a little bit of fettling, but after 30 odd years in pieces I'd take a bit of fettling too.
The side stand isn't that strong, mine leaned over at a precarious angle. I managed to pick up a new LF Harris side stand which fixed it.View attachment 55582
