2017 Triumph Bonneville Bobber First Look | 10 Fast Facts

They do seem to be really pushing this Bobber as well as the new Street Scrambler and Street Cup.
I received an invite to their "reveal" down in Moncton, a city about an hour and a half from me.
As far as I can tell, this display/show has been travelling across Canada to promote the new bikes.
Think only Triumph owners are getting the invite right now as I was contacted by the dealer I bought my T'bird from.
The annual big bike show is the weekend after, so hope they plan on showing them there as well to get more exposure for the brand.

The local dealer had a by invitation only event for the unveiling of the Bobber and I was invited :y2: :chicken:

Unfortunately I had to be in Austin at the time of the event and couldn't make it for the unveiling:y48: :y25::y47::y48:. . . but that morning, about a hundred miles down the road, i did see the Triumph USA truck headed to the dealership.

Unfortunately, I don't think I can make our 'local' reveal either.
Will be on the road all day Tuesday(the day before as the reveal is this Wednesday), and the weather is supposed to be pretty nasty on Wednesday.
Hope to see it and the others at the bike show this week end.

So..............Hemi, are you getting one then?

C'mon, you know you want oneWINK
I sure would like to ride one, not sure if I would want to buy one. Who am I kidding, I would love to have one. . .And a Street Triple, Speed Triple, T100, T120, T214, America, Rocket III, TREX, Scrambler, an old OIF, Thunderbird, Sprint. . .

To celebrate the start of the season, some local dealers are organizing a Triumph Classic Bike weekend. You can test a few new classic models (T100, Street Cup, Scrambler and bobber). Soooo, I got myself a date with the new bobber this Saturday.:)

I Just got back from the test ride. The bobber is a an absolute new experience from Triumph. The riding position is very low but comfortable. The bike has tons of torque and power, but rides very smoothely! It feels very light and goes easily in the twists. The sound is a full warm growl, less agressif than the thruxton. I loved it! What a bike!

Not a spec of rain. The sun even came out, only to disappear just after the test ride. Now, I see that as a clear sign of destiny telling me to get a bobber. :sneaky:
