[/quote]I think it is normal that with the “Air Injection†system installed the pipes will get blue as soon as the engine gets warm for the very first time :y22:
My Bonnie had the AI removed before the engine was ever started and yet you can see below some blue after 23 Km (14 miles)

I do not really agree with you, my Scrambler has over 1000km on the clock and only has a bit of bluing on th left hand header, the right hand header has a bit of brown starting to show. the AI is still installed.
by the way I thought AI meant Artificial Intelligence? :grin:
