well I was thinking more along the lines of cutting a slot in the boot for the front wheel to go in to and tow it !
Now that sounds like a solid idea 
That's the first thing I though of.I can just imagine what that did to the structural integrity of that car
We have vehicle inspection here and it would not be allowed back on the road.....that is if the Highway Patrol (RCMP) hadn't already spotted him and put him off the road as an unsafe vehicle.
But in lots of places you can get away with that sort of thing.
