This summer I picked up a 1" chromed steel drag bar. At $20, I couldn't pass up on that. Also found a set of Kuryakin bar end weights with throttle lock. When I first fitted the drag bar to my bike, I noticed that the throttle control with the master cylinder would not sit at the correct angle to keep the master level. Because the drag bar gives me a more forward riding position, I would have to tilt the throttle control so that I can keep the brake lever at the correct position for comfort. Tilting the control will put the brake reservoir at an odd angle, and for me, that just won't work.

What I'm looking for are suggestions on after market controls for a 1" bar. Of course the reservoir would have to be a seperate pot like the Thruxtons use. I'm hoping there are options for 1" but if I need to, I might consider going to 7/8" bar with controls.

Why Triumph decided to go with a unit throttle and reservoir baffles me. It really doesn't leave too many options for changing the handle bar.
