People like this are all over the place especially here, i almost got it the other day i saw it fixing to happen a couple seconds ahead of time and was able to avoid it. It just pisses me off the way people talk on phones, turn without looking, and pull out in front of you without looking.

The fine for having a chat on the phone here is a joke £150 plus 3 points on your licence. I'd like to see an on the spot fine of £4000, or your Car, Van, Truck crushed, and if your a tradesman, all your tools go with it. You wouldn't have to do many of these before the word got round.
One copper on TV advocated removing seat belts from cars and installing a 6 inch spike on the steering wheel. That would make them think a bit more about how they drive, that's for sure

Driving is a privilege. That person in the car does not deserve that privilege any more.

here's another knucklehead driver that actually tried to run a motorcyclist off the road while he was attempting to pass. Yes, the rider was also not allowed to cross a double line but look how the driver responded. And, listen to his response when confronted.
