Years ago my Harley arrived with a dead battery off a motorcycle shippers truck, the movement alarm system constantly triggered. The R3 has an immobilizer but no security system. Need I disconnect the battery when it is on our trailer?

I would think not since the immobilizer is part of the ignition system (if memory serves).
