Comedian cigarettes sketch

Need some help here, I'm trying to remember that comedian who did a sketch about the 'invention of cigarettes'.

The sketch was about someone calling him and telling him about cigarettes over the phone. You only heard his side of the conversation and as far as I can remember it was pretty hilarious.

Can anyone remember his name?
