The show was only about 5km from my home but took a 100km ride to catch up with a Sydney forum group and then rode back to the show with them. I didn't bother taking any photos of the bikes, how many variations of Harleys are there out there? They advertised 500 cars on show, I'd say 200 but very nice stuff. Unfortunately for photography the show was well attended and it was tough to take a shot without people in the way, got about 20 of some nice cars.

They call these "old school" I'd call them unfinished.

Dozens of these Ponies on show.

A couple of dozen of this style, but they seem to be less popular than a few years ago.

It is always nearly impossible to get photos at type of show without the people so unless you are very skilled with Photoshop there is no getting away from it. I was never really that into anything that had flames on it just never saw how it added any value to the paint work. Out of the bunch above I would also say the Ute is the best.

That 289 Mustang fastback is pretty sweet.

I didn't realize that tastes in hot rods between Australia and USA were so similar.

Yeah, we aren't too far apart.
The show was actually advertised as an American muscle car show. They were packed in so close to each other it was easy to walk past some really special cars and not notice. lots of the car owners were dressed up in real rock & roll outfits. All money raised went to charity so that's a plus.
