Are they any good? if so, are there brands that are better than others? Can they be used indoors too?

Had one long ago and got rid of it.
I think all they are good for is attracting more bugs although it is pretty cool to hear/watch them fry when you get a big one.
I suppose you could use them indoors, there would be nothing stopping you, but I would hope you don't have that many bugs inside your home!

Actually, i do ! I live in a place with a deck at my front door and i'm on a hillside in a beutiful area. And during the summer i leave the door open till late and theres no screen. I could put one up i guess, but i love the door completely open like that on summer nites. So consequently i end up with lots of bugs inside, and they bug me. :ya2:

I am sure if you had to put it on your deck it would attract them before they came inside
They work; but nothing gets 100% of the bugs. A screen door would be a better investment.
