BSA A10 Question

Hi Guys , I have a set of primary chaincases for a BSA A10 that allow an alternator to be fitted. I believe that a few police (?) models were made that had gen. & alt. to power a radio. My question is : Will these fit on a std. gen A10 , or is this inner different , requiring a different L.H. crankcase ??

That's a pretty tough question as I'm sure it doesn't come up very often. I had a standard A10 55 years ago, but can't answer your question.
You might do better on one of the more BSA specific forums.

Hi Rocky , Thanks for your suggestion . I found a BSA A7 - A10 Forum and discovered that these are rather rare cases and that they will fit straight onto all swing arm A7 -- A10 crank cases .....
