It must be terrible to see a fire like this coming towards your house and know that there is nothing you can do to stop it

I rode thru the mountains in the santa barbara last weekend and the huge dual prop choppers with giant buckets were flying what seemed like 50 yards above my head on a line about 5 choppers long. Amazing site. This is the second year Ca has burned like this. Gotta be 2 record years in a row for fires here.

Wow really looks like they are having a real hard time with that fire......The winds are not helping much either.To take a car that close is also not clever with that heat.

Nooooo...not at all. The nearest one is that fire i saw on my ride which was about 2 hours ride. Besides, in the so cal area you gotta make a LOT more money than i do in order to live in a fire danger area !
