This evening, I replaced my worn out football style retro grips with the Biltwell Kung Fu grips. Very easy to install. I used the hand sanitizer for lubricant and it worked great. I chose these particular grips because I wanted a basic sticky rubber grip with a retro look. I also wanted a slimmer design than the football grips which I find a bit bulky. In fact, I think I would prefer the 7/8" bars but I'll give these a try and let you all know what I think!

I have never seen these one before but if they are these then they look very nice

They are nice! They seem like really good quality. So far, from my ride to work this morning, they feel thinner which I prefer but there's a little more noticable vibration. Not bothersome on such a short trip but I'll have to see how they hold up on a longer ride. I think they look pretty cool too.

I'm using the factory grips which fit my smallish hands very well, but I did install some stainless steel bar-end weights - which not only look good but dampen the vibration a little bit.

I really like the look of the factory grips and they are a very similar size to the Kung Fu ones. I just wanted something a little different. I have bar end mirrors so no bar end weights for me. Is their main purpose to prevent vibration?

Those grips kook very good. The purpose of bar end weights is to dampen vibration.

Cool.

Update on the grips. So far I am loving them. Very grippy. Good quality for being just rubber. I like the slimmer design for my smaller hands. Much better than the vintage style football grips I had on before. There is more vibration noted but not bothersome. I think I'm used to it already. We'll see how I feel after a day trip.
