It's 7.30pm and tomorrow I walk my little girl down the aisle. We're about 90% ready, marquee is installed, string quartet and caterers etc are all booked. A nice touch is my future son-in-law's father is a Major in the Salvation Army and will be marring his son and my little girl. It's all happening in our back yard so I can get out of the glad rags early and into shorts and tee-shirt before the others, ha. Will report again after the show. BTW, I get to sit at the big table.

I wish your daughter and son-in-law the very best and long, happy lives together. Congratualtions and best wishes to all! :y115: The setting looks very nice. Enjoy the day.

Well the day went very well, nobody got too alcaholled up and all went home with a smile on their faces. Most importantly my daughter enjoyed it and is now honeymooning at a luxury hotel on Queensland's Gold Coast. This photo taken by my son using his pocket camera shows my 80 year old mum with the happy couple in the back ground surrounded by my daughters work colleagues. The professional photographer on the left said that he took 1,300 photos and will edit them this week. I couldn't help myself and wheeled the Triumph out as a prop for a couple of shots so am keen to see them.

Nice photo! Your Mum does not look 80. I don't blame you for using your Triumph as prop. Good choice! I am glad the day went well for your daughter and it looks like the weather cooperated.
