That's what I was thinking, but have no idea what year it may be.

I believe that the skirted fenders started in 1940, but the exhaust is somebody's doing........or a period accessory (but I doubt that). Possibly, a good candidate for "original and unrestored".

Those pipes are either home-made or aftermarket.
Even in the present condition there are collectors who will pay mucho grande bucks for it.
