I saw an HD Ultra Glide Classic the other day where the rear seat and trunk had been removed, a rear light bar had been installed and the two up touring bike had been effectively converted to a "bagger" - a Street Glide on steroids. Since, I have seen several on ebay in the 2006-2008 model range with about 20K miles (practically nothing for a modern HD) for about $10K. The idea of having all the benefits of a touring bike without the back seat driver for some reason appeals to me greatly. I have even bid on a couple on ebay. However, I am a bit afraid of what SWMBO (She who must be obeyed) might say if I bring another bike home. Maybe I should wait until I sell a couple?

One time when faced with the same problem i told my wife that i thought i had one of my bikes sold, it didn't work.
