I normally don't post about motorcycle accidents; but three fatalities in one day is something to think about. It is the third one that really makes me angry.

In less than 24 hours three motorcyclists die in crashes. (Clayton County is part of the Atlanta metro area)

One was a left turn by a cager into the MC's path.

The other was loss of control - rider error

The last one was a cager fleeing police situation where the MC rider was run over by the car and killed. The driver of the car trying to elude the police officer hit the motorcycle from behind, then landed on top of him, and burned. The driver of vehicle bailed out and tried to run but was apprehended after a short chase. the biker was declared dead at the scene. In Florida, the driver could be charged with murder 1 - causing a death in the commission of a crime is first degree murder. I believe the law is similar in Georgia. I hope the scum bag never sees the light of day again.

Be careful out there folks.
