Niagara Falls also looks at it's best in the winter when it's frozen with the lights on it.

I don't think they are too worried about the extra weight, but the Coast Guard is warning ships on the lake that the light is no longer able to be seen.

Ah come on guys....a little cold never hurt anyone. Well, I guess it does if you get frostbite.
But hey....they're opening another outdoor skating rink right next to Heinz Field after this weekend's Steeler game that I've got to go and try out. Then there's the one right in the heart of downtown at PPG Plaza which is awesome with a 30 story Christmas tree all decorated in the center.
I'm too lazy this year to clear the snow off of our pond. My Son's coming home from St Louis and already chewed me out for not having it ready. He was hoping to play some pick up hockey with friends there while he's home.
