Anyone Watch Stanley Cup Final?

Man....if you missed it, you missed something that'll go down in history.

Chicago went into this game 6 of the 7 game series up 3-2 in a best out of 7. If they win it's over and they win the Cup. If Boston wins, there's a game 7 in Chicago.

For the bilk of the game it was tied 1-1. Late in the final period, Boston scores to make it 2-1. They need to stop Chicago from scoring for the final 7:49 to win.

It gets down to about 1 minute left and in desperation Chicago pulled their goalie leaving the net unguarded to vet an extra attacker on the ice.

Miraculously, Chicago scores to tie it and it look like it will go to overtime.

They drop the puck to resume the game with under a minute left....everyone expects it to go to overtime, but Chicago scores again 17 seconds after the last goal!

With only seconds left Boston has no chance of scoring and Chicago wins, stunning Boston and their fansosing it on home ice.

Amazing ending!!!!

Well....unless you were a Bruins fan that paid over $200 for a ticket! Well...I guess that would apply to any Bruins fan.

I'm not a fan of any team really. But I enjoyed that finish.

I'm not a fan of either team myself.

Both have young players from Pittsburgh so I couldn't even use that to favor one or the other.

I missed it but did catch the "highlight reels" that was a shocker for sure. Will certainly be one of those "talked about" events for a very very long time and longer in Chicago and Boston

First time a game winning goal was ever scored with so little time left on the clock in over 100 years of a Stanley Cup final game.

I wouldn't really say that. Those were rather flukey goals. Boston's D collapses on the net as a rule. This time some Blackhawks just happened to get inside position on their D and it happened so fast they couldn't drive them away quick enough.
