I'm not sure whether to laugh :y23:or :y47:, what a brilliant video. He should go into motorcycle journalism. It's amazing just how many bad points that hes highlighted, but more importantly hes come up with solutions to the problems hes encountered, and at the end the Bonnie comes out on top.

He calls 'em the way he sees 'em, but in spite of the niggles he mentions (and rightly so) I wouldn't part with my Bonnie for anything.
I've made a lot of "corrections" to my bike and it's about as good as it's going to get.

I think I will but a Honda :y47:

Actually I enjoyed that he called it as it is BBEER
I did too. I have no quarrel with what he said because it's true.
The suspension on my '06 wasn't quite as bad as he made it out to be (at least it didn't seem to be), but after I installed the progressive fork springs and Ikon rear shocks, the bike was transformed.
That "head steady" bar he pointed out under the gas tank mystified me a bit as I didn't think my bike had that.
But when I took a closer look there is one in there but well hidden between the carbs and shielded by hoses, etc.. I didn't even know it was there until he pointed it out.

Oh well
Its a hard road finding the perfect woman son.
Sorry,I meant bike.

I've not actually owned a bonnie, and thankfully my America is carbed, but I do hear where he is coming from on most of the issues.
But, if you want something with the character and reliability of a new sheet of A4 printing paper, then go buy a Suzuki or Honda.
Its the same as owning a continental sports car as opposed to a ford fiesta or fiat uno., are you buying transport or a ride.

Just had a look
yes,the America has a top brace, a black one.:)
