I would not say "an amazing paradise", but it used to be much nicer. It kind of started declining about 1978. Too many people come here not realizing how expensive it is. At $25hr. you are going to struggle. I was born in to this, so I always knew what to expect. You can make some good money here. But everything is higher. Sure, I own two houses, but I drive older cars and do not live a fancy life. I retired at 62. ...J.D.

Been to Ca and loved it ,always wanted to live there, now its a little for that but i can always visit.
