Happiness is a new carburetor ! If only life were that simple.
I will do that soon!Cool, glad to hear it.
A "beauty shot" while out on a shake-down ride will be one for the books.
When I start my Tiger 650 I first free up the clutch, tickle the carburetor lightly kick it over once or twice. Then turn on the key and swiftly kick it over. Works every time. Doing this draws air/fuel mixture into the engine combustion chamber.Congratulations! Thanks for the update. Enjoy that bike.
With help from all on this site, the bike is running great.Beautiful!

I like it.....fashion and function.I like the sporty windscreens better than the big full ones. I ordered a Dart Flyscreen and modified one that was actually made to fit the 2000 on up Triumph Bonneville's. I did not modify the windscreen itself. I had to modify the brackets that came with it so that it would mount on my 1979 T140. It is low profile and it removes the wind from the chest are and relocates it to the top of the helmet and the shoulders which makes riding a lot more enjoyable. My 2008 T100 has the same type windscreen.View attachment 47664
