A really good PSA; well done - except the steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car. 
Heres what just make me so angry i can't find the words. There was a recent statistic released here about texting/phoning while driving....get this.....in the USA at least it is now the #1 cause of traffic deaths ! Now, with that in mind, consider this. You can drink about 2 beers and be over the limit and get a DUI which here is now about a $20,000 proposition along with your arrest and all the related stuff like DUI classes and loss of license for a time. The ticket for texting/phone is about $50 and you drive away from the stop w/o arrest. Whats wrong with that picture? Political correctness run amuck, and i'm so sick of it there are no words...
It's illegal here to do this while a vehicle is moving, including at a stop light, but I see it being done all the time.

The penalties ought to be commensurate with those for DUI. On the 3rd offense, the vehicle should be confiscated.
