Last evening as I was flipping through the channels I stopped on a program that had a motorcycle rider in it. The program had just started on the hour so what I was seeing were the opening scenes.
I think the show is called "The Listener" or something close to that. It's new to me, but maybe not new at all.
It's about a pair of EMS ambulance drivers. It was one of the drivers and one of the stars of the show that was riding a new Bonneville through the streets of the city - apparently on his way to work. It only took me a few seconds to recognize that it was a Bonneville he was riding.
When he pulled up and parked it was very easy to see that it was one of the new Triumph Bonneville's as it filled the TV screen for several seconds. It had a flat black tank and blacked out engine. The Triumph name on the gas tank was very easy to read too so Triumph got the full benefit of "product placement.".
I didn't bother to watch the show so I don't know if the bike has any other part in it or not.
Maybe I should have.
